Shipping & cost
Shipping is free on every US order, with tracking and no minimum. Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays) and arrive 5–10 business days after they ship, so most orders arrive within 6–12 business days. Returns & exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, for any reason. Items must be unworn or unused and unwashed. If you changed your mind, you pay for return shipping. If an item arrives defective, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay. Email support@wellhours.com with your order number first and we’ll send you the return instructions.
