Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase made on wellhours.com, operated by R Metsers ("Well Hours", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Payment Policy, which form part of these terms.

Orders

When you place an order you receive an order confirmation email. A contract is formed when we ship your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price was displayed incorrectly or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment taken.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD), and the price shown is the full price you pay. We don't add sales tax at checkout. Shipping is free within the United States. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through the methods listed in our Payment Policy. If we discover a pricing error before your order ships, we'll contact you to confirm or cancel the order.

Delivery

Delivery times and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

See our Returns and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Product information

We take care to describe our products accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Dimensions may vary by a small amount between items of the same kind; linen may shrink by a few percent after the first wash.

Accounts and conduct

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for the accuracy of the information you give us. You may not use the site for anything unlawful or to interfere with its operation.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to R Metsers or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy under the laws of the US state in which you live.
