This page explains how you can pay at Well Hours, when your payment is taken, and how your details are kept safe.
Payment methods we accept
You can pay for your order with any of the following:
- American Express
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Mastercard
- Shop Pay
- Visa
The methods available to you are shown again on the checkout page before you confirm your order.
Currency
All prices on this website, and every amount charged at checkout, are in US dollars (USD). We don't add sales tax at checkout, and no duties or fees are added at checkout or on delivery. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee — that fee comes from your bank, not from us.
When you are charged
When you pay by card or digital wallet, the full amount is charged when you place your order. Right after payment, you'll get an order confirmation email, and a second email with your tracking link once your package is on its way. If a charge appears on your statement without a confirmation email, contact us and we'll look into it.
Secure checkout
Checkout runs on Shopify's PCI DSS compliant payment infrastructure, and every page of this website is served over an encrypted SSL connection. Your card details go straight to the payment provider — we never see or store your full card number.
Declined payments
If your payment is declined, no order is created and no money leaves your account. A decline usually comes from your bank rather than from us; trying a different card or payment method normally solves it.
Order verification
To protect our customers, we screen orders for signs of fraud. On rare occasions we may ask you to confirm a detail of your order before we ship it. If an order can't be verified, we'll cancel it and refund the payment in full.

Shipping is free on every US order, with tracking and no minimum. See our Shipping Policy.
Refunds
Refunds are always returned to the payment method used for the original purchase. Approved refunds are issued within 7 days after we inspect your return. Full details are in our Returns and Refund Policy.
