This policy explains how Well Hours (R Metsers, Sophiastraat 9, Voorburg, 2271 SG, Netherlands) collects and uses your personal information when you visit wellhours.com or place an order. We are the controller of this information.

Who we share information with

Only with the services needed to run the store: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our payment processor (Shopify Payments), our fulfillment and shipping partners (to deliver your order), email service providers and the analytics and advertising providers listed above. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. We do not sell personal information for money. The advertising cookies described above (Google Ads, Meta Pixel) may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law; you can opt out of that sharing at any time on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, by emailing support@wellhours.com, or by sending a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser, which we honor. Residents of California and other US states with consumer privacy laws also have the right to know what information we collect and to have it deleted. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the rights set out in the GDPR — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — and the right to complain to your data protection authority; in the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. To exercise any right, email support@wellhours.com — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

International transfers

We are based in the Netherlands and some of our providers process information in the United States and elsewhere. Where information crosses borders it is protected by the safeguards our providers put in place, including standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to the provider's default settings.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
